Leonard has mastered government sales and contracting by interacting directly with Federal Customers at all levels. He has sold over $500M worth of products and services. Additionally his strength is in communicating his government knowledge to company leadership and sales teams. He currently serves as the Co-Chair on the Med Surgical Committee for the Coalition for Government Procurement which gives him direct access to VA & DOD leaders. Leonard has developed close relationships with the brightest most experienced government minds in the medical device industry. Most recently he was the National Government Accounts Manager at Terumo for nearly 9 years growing government sales 350%. Prior to his successful career at Terumo Leonard was the Government Accounts Manager at GE Healthcare for 12 years.

Combined with other Government Positions Mr. Nall has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the Government Healthcare contracting, sales and procurement industry. Leonard  has spent his career creating highly successful sales channels between the companies he has managed with VA Hospitals, Military Medical Centers, and other federal healthcare delivery systems.
